How to prepare & apply the compress
✅ Pour the Castor oil directly onto the inner middle area of the compress.
✅ Place the compress on the affected area (such as the abdomen, joints, or muscles).
✅ Apply a heating pad or hot water bottle on top of the compress to enhance its effectiveness.
✅ Leave the pack in place for at least 30 minutes to an hour. Some people choose to leave it on overnight.
Care Instructions
✅ Wash with water and Bicarbonate of Soda before first use.
✅ To clean your pack after use, soak the pack overnight in a bowl with a mixture of hot water, Bicarbonate of Soda and natural soap such as castile soap.
✅ The next morning, wash the pack and wring out the excess water.

Directions of Use:
